The Otard 1795 Extra, essentially crafted from Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie in a special cellar set apart in the Château, called Paradise, is the result of the experience, patience and tradition of Otard Cognacs. The Otard 1795 Extra, a truly exceptional cognac for its length on the palate, leaves a lovely lingering taste of "rancio", a rich bouquet of dried fruit, honey and cigar box.
